The Importance of Having a Better Culture

I think strategy and culture should be always aligned right exactly you know the strategy includes culture. I worked with your that leadership team at Monsanto and you doubled the business when you started becoming a better team yeah totally that strategy and culture that's the same thing. So many organizations fight that they keep thinking we're just gonna keep doing the same thing over and over again but eventually those results are gonna change, so if you want different results you've got to have different actions. HR plays a strange role because they're a part of the business they have a boss but they have to be willing to give their boss tough one-on-one feedback as an internal coach.
