The Fed's Loss of Control
There's structurally inflationary pressures that we've seen again historically in other environments for the same reasons. We are no longer in a two dimensional system where the Fed can just come simply pressure against the decline in and balance deflation but now if they come back into the fray and stimulate cyclically they will exacerbate much like they did in the early 70s. It is, it is an added dimensionality to the system. And is much more dangerous. You know, not just for equity markets but broadly for liquidity across the market when the Fed loses control.
