The Irony of Trusting in God

When Jesus says he trusted in God, that's past tense. Let him deliver him now. We need to trust in him in good times as well as bad times. Even when we don't seem to be feeling his presence. In order to save others, myself I cannot save. I have to be the scapegoat. Or otherwise everyone else will have no life to hold on to. There's truth in what they said. It's ironic, but it's true. And so my enemies that I wish would be my friends, you're right. You'll have been thrust forward prematurely to perfect knowledge"
