I would like to see i e p focus less on academics and more on transitioning to young adulthood and vocational preparation. We know the biggest predictor of success vocationally is having had tha job during high school, a real paying job, not a volunteer job. If you can't find one that a volunteer's gread,. But if you get a realpaying job, and not in your family business, but someone who's a stranger,you have to learn some skills. Research shows that's the biggest prodictor. And i think a psychologist, or any other kind of clanitian, can incorporate that into their approach and focus less on deficits. Do some exposure therapy. Think outside
