The Layer Cake Approach to Hospital Medicine

Huffless: Most of the time in your career, you've worked in a system that has that sort of layer cake approach to it. In some systems, they're primarily responsible for this middle ground of severity and acuity. The hostel is often with very limited sets in that setting. There's still, I think, even in that middle ground scenarios where it can be very scary.
