Running is perfect for like cycling speed harder because you have to get into the gym. But if you're running six days a week, that's an hour extra of training. I'm surprised that more people do it and devalue it like it's 'more' than 200-300 jumps per week. If you just do it for three or four of your sessions, then you'd be able to hit it. You wouldn't even have to do it every session. It's not that hard. And there's a sense that you can overdo it. That's because your connective tissue have so much damage from doing jumping. So take all that brilliant knowledge inside your head and apply it
