What's Going on With King Jerub?
In Hosea 513, when Ephraim saw his sickness and Judah saw his wound, then went Ephraam to the Assyrian and sent to King Jerub. Now who's King Jerub? Like that's kind of confusing. And so just know that if you read this stuff on King Jerub and you're like, I don't know who that is, just know that other scholars, they're not sure who he is either. The idea is the Lord is saying, don't go to outside sources for help. Come to me.
