The chance to work with Buffett? Yeah, I think that's a big part of it. The other thing I get is that they were really ran hedge funds, you know, and yet they aspire to more of the Buffett type approach in terms of they don't think for the long term or whatever stuff. So if they already had a non hedge fund type vehicle, I don't know that they would do this.
