Is There a Treff Between Gender Crime and War?
An ideal world where there is equality between this axis or between the genders, would rape in war be the same kind of thing. The basic structure of liberalism thinks so, and I think it's wrong. It can't be a gender crime at all if it isn't already a crime in some sense. With prostitution, at the extreme end, people can be pushed into a relationship which they don't really want to be in because of family pressures but might not be described as prostitution. And that is something wrong with the law of rape, that it doesn't recognize this.
