The Juvenile Court Is the Right Vehicle, Right?
The language is there for robust constitutional protections for children if we want to build a jurisprudence around that. The conservative view on this is just profoundly unscientific, right? There are mountains of research showing that juvenile and young adult brain does not stop developing until the age of 25. We don't need groundbreaking historical research. You just got to read the Constitution on its face.
