Is There a Chapter of Apicalization and Emphasis Order?

A lot of attention has been given to discourse stuff, so we have discourse markers and a chapter of apicalization and emphasis order. All of this shows a really great concern for communicating with this language. It's just realistic and it's very well developed and follows hypothetical developments which are quite credible. Although the chapter order is a bit peculiar, but I don't think that matters that much.
