Is There a Gap in Vocational Education?
i don't think that this is a benign neglect, just leaving them as an invisible population. We have to do somethin about our disability system. You can't have evidence based policies for bringing people who are rehabilitated back into society unless you have the evidence. And in college may not be for everybody, but everybody should end up their education with a marketable skill they can make a living by.
