CrossFit is a different and more personalized skill set for someone who's recovering from a brain injury. Even folks who suffer from brain injury are very likely to suffer from another one. So we want to help these folks get to that place where they're better than well. And if we know that fitness can help the brain in so many ways, why wouldn't we want that for everyone?
