How to Meditate Better

This is a thing that I please read at the beginning of it, where I say that this is really just things that are difficult that I had to learn that might be useful to you. There is an element of relaxation, but I'm not trying to browbeat anybody, but I like the wisdom project itself. When you first try to meditate, it'll feel like you're doing it wrong and that you're terrible at it. In truth, as long as you keep getting back to your practice, you are actually great at meditation and you are doing very well at it.
