i think we need to look beyond this and see how it's drafted. What we're really talking about is giving agencies the power to do what they want in their interests. And then the rights of people, i think, are of this afterthought that doesn't really come into the equation. I feel like am quite cynical, but for good reason. Because so many times in the past, the trust of or citizens is taken for granted and then violated. It has all sorts of long term consequences for the erosion of social democracy,. which i think are very problematic.
