Is There a Time for Innovation?

I think what's happened now is that time for innovation has gotten compressed because people have seen the power of some of these things. And i feel that that's an irreversible process. You know, initially you have to ring fence these innovations and protect them. But once they get it right in that ring fence unit, that innovation spreads back. I don't think that this younow, it's so powerful in its concept and it's so tuned to the way consumers and employees a work, that it is actually a it's i feel that this change will stick.
