"It all comes down to this, like, stupid accounting issue related to long term gains verse short term gains," he says. "I'm sure there's some other negative externalities i haven't thought about, but that's the source of this issue." Sa: Is it fair? There are reasons theyre executives, right? Like, they have better skills at certain things. They're more seasons. So i don't think like fairness is necessarily the goal. I do think the issue is troherency.
