Is the Pension Crisis Getting Worse?

There's a mismatch between the way that public pension funds invest and how they want to think about it. The stock market has done well over the past ten years, but there are still huge liabilities being paid out by states across the U.S. If we don't fix this problem now, then it is going to get worse and worse.
