Novia is a German real estate company that specializes in renting and developing residential properties. Their core rental business grew at around 10% in the second quarter of 23 which is quite strong. What they do fall down is their other part of the business where they take properties, they don't open their trying cell amount. In fact revenues dropped by nearly half but nearly 50% in this market.
