Why Aren't We Paying Bribes?

Jonathan estimates that around 30 % of motorcycle drivers in his study were incentivis to pay the tax instead of the bribe as a result. So i think this suggests that the pure kind of financial cost motivation is not the only one. We need to think about other aspects of why citizens are supplying bribes. The beaucracy sort of sight is quite heavy. Exactly, exactly whenever there's, whenever there's a some kind of process that is slow or involves a hastle then that's a common instance where you see incentives to pay bribes and to be corrupt.
