Seth, Wes: I'm really surprised I'd never heard of him because my undergraduate degree is actually technically just as morality and constitutional democracy. And having read this, I was like, what didn't we have at least this positivism and the separation of law morals on there? Seth: It's very digestible. There are many distinctions in many ways that felt like reading Aristotle. The way heart describes Bentham and Austin, even these guys who are pushing back against the conception of natural law will say, yes, the law ought to be moral.
