Sore Adoption Journey in a Client?
Maturement models are great way for an organization to have an honest look at what their capabilities are, where their gaps are. I'm not aware of any source specific maturity models that exist, but i think that there is definitely a lot of room for that in the security operations field. Thet organization needs to do their home work before they implement anything. They need to spend time ier test driving demos, or looking at what those look like before r making a decision on which platform they want to go with and how they want to deploy it.
