How to Design a Collaboration Session?
The first step is to know your need. The second is sort of, why? Why are people coming together? And make sure you design the collaboration session that you're goin to do wall just that moment when people aregong to come together around that need. So it is really where your sharing may be, feedback all ideas with each other. This is a really good one to go for what they call a syncronous on.
