The Importance of Balance in Media

I think for a lot of Europeans, that's just not the case. I was much more of an immersion boy as opposed to like proper MIA refold sort of thing. So with Japanese, how did you sort of balance everything? You also code and you lift and you have a bunch of other things going on outside of just immersing in Japanese. How did you balance all that? Because I believe you're sort of one of the OGs who went really hard, sort of the embodiment of all Japanese all the time.
