The Cohort Effects of Criminal Justice Policies
Criminal justice policies led to the four, you know, fourfold increase in the number of people incarcerated, large increases in racial disparity. I think those are legitimate concerns that people have. And to the extent to which we can understand the problem, I think it helps a lot then.
