Many households on top of having trouble paying for those bare minimums also have like 10,000 dollars in credit card debt or whatever you know. Most Alice households don't have access to that kind of credit yeah they don't qualify they don't have savings for a down payment for a house and if they do the rates are really high at somewhere like a payday lender right this can I wanted to ask you about credit too.
