The Rise of the Communist State of Yugoslavia

When the communists came to power in Yugoslavia, they wanted to do something more like a mixed economy and something more like East East meets West. Tito might have had ambitions to conquer Albania or to take over Albania. One of the things that was interesting is that he was committed to reversing the wrongs that Albanians felt were historical wrongs. And then started a process of repopulating Kosovo with more and more Albanians.
