The Unpopularity of Fracking in Colombia

There's a lot of animosity from local communities. Pedro seems to have some very strange ideas. He was very hard on the renewables climate apocalypticism. Is he alone in Latin America with that or there are others like him? Most of Latin America leaders are on the left. Don't hold your breath. Conservatives they're listening to so change give it a few years.
