As I do a lot of mentoring, people wanting to transition into customer success that work stay at home moms with huge career gaps often underestimate the power of the skills they have learned when they were selling t-shirts or being part of the PTO. Those are skills that make kick assCustomer success managers because hustle grinding grit is not something you can teach, right? I can teach you how to use technology. I can't teach you to give a crap about my customer. Yeah.
