How to Connect With an Artist
Listen to the language that this artist is using, and im thinking about how they might arrive in my work. Find another artists talk you connect with. Describe what you're making too. Don't use bullshel language. Be clear. Look to make an impact and be succinct. More words is not better. It's not easy. Do not feel like you have to puff yourself with art speak, fancy art speak, to be taken seriously,. Look to actually reach people.
