Ultrunning Magazine has a 20-week plan to your first 50k or whatever. It's that but mental skills specifically for endurance activities have applied over 12 weeks. I keep the same order, but then I would just move the pieces into the things where it was logical for the athlete to kind of work on them. Right. When I saw that in there, I'm like, yes, you're not just stopping when the train or when the race is over. Like I thought that was a really ingenious way to do it.
