Climate Change - Is There a Risk?

With the way the federal system works, there is no chance, you know, you'd need, youneed unified government. It really depends on which republican should the republican be in charge. There are plenty of republicans that care about solving this problem. But i so there's always a risk there. And yet, it'll be interesting to see if and how that might play out.
