PCA: What Are Your Recommendations for Patients With PCA?
Tau imaging shows more of a cortical predominance in the occipital and parietal lobes in PCA. We often recommend that people get involved with an organization in Australia called Vision Australia, which is essentially like the blind society, I suppose. Having something such as a cane or even a sign and they've got vision impairment can be quite useful in sort of the moderate to the latest stages of the disease.
