Lawyers Need to Listen to Their Intuition

I think as lawyers, we needto listen to our intuition. If something doesn't sound right, e it's probably not right. I am fighting more and more. And we used to spend so much time fighting the other sides requests to get our clients past medic what don we still do? More and more i'm trying to get us to get everything the defence would ever wish to get for us to get it up from.
