Janet Yellen Meets With the Chinese Premier

Janet Yellen met with the Chinese premier, who apparently said that the two of them saw a rainbow and that that was a good sign for the relationship. She is also a rare dove among China hawks in the Biden administration and in US political leaders. I think this meeting rather markets did trade up a little bit on the news.
