Sally Kohn: Are there different relationships between universities and cities that have changed in the last 30 to 50 years or something like that? She says when we get to 60s and 70s, there are massive social movements by these people that were excluded from universities. But then that only lasts for about 10 years until we begin seeing the neoliberal approach to higher education she says.Kohn: The possibilities for today's higher education can partially be found in our past in profound ways.
