Don't Ignore Older People

Older people, or more experienced people, we need to listen more to young people. We've got to listen to them and understand them first, so they feel understood then they will ask us for advice. That's what they want most, i think, at first. And then they will want your opinion. Now, on the other side, younger people, and we're all younger too, right? I'm 51, but i'm younger than people who are 70, ok. There are people still older than me, 70, eighties, nineties.
