The Importance of Managing Risk

When I did the first project in East New York that was really the architecture firm seeking development work. And then over time the development company started to get, you know, acquire larger things with bigger aspirations and more risk affiliated with them. So alloy is very insular which is we don't do development for other people who own land. We don't do real estate brokerage for people who would like us to help them sell. Ultimately I decided through alloy over time that I couldn't provide services to anybody else.
