I Love That Train Cat Romance

I was also really obsessed with creating a futuristic group of workers. And so there's a lot of technologies that allow this group of terraformers to be not just homo sapiens, but a lot of non-human animals. There are naked mole rats, there's cats, there are robots. Toward the end of the book, we meet some sentient public transit. I love that train. The train has a romance with a cat who's an investigative journalist.
