Lennon's Sense of Socialism

This is the first time where marxism is being attempted, to be put into actual practice on a large, grand scale. These questions are coming to the fore as the revolutionary sort of momentum develops. And lenin is in the middle of that momentum, simultaneously leading it, helping lead it and synthesizing theory to guide it. i think that is ino interesting and important way to kind of think of this text as well. It is a text that is really blossoming out of a revolutionary moment - which makes it all the more beautiful and all the more relevant as revolutionaries.
