Each one of em are important, and they actually, they work. The best when you go in order of them. It's amazing how many people don't even know what they have at their job. I think the biggest road block is taken the time. People just don't want to take the time. And it requires you to sit down and look at some things. Sometimes a looking at things can be depressing. Is like, especially not where you want it to be. But that old ostrich that sticks their head in the sand, that is kind of like that. There's no easy answer.
