Central Clearing Is Not Going to Solve a Liquidity Problem by Itself
The SEC has made a nice first step. And just to be clear, that first step is that hedge funds and high frequency traders have to participate in the central clearing as well. So it's a complex problem. Keep our expectations low. It does something, but it doesn't fundamentally address this concern. No, not in my view.
