The NSA Spied on OPEC

On November 11th, it was real that the NSA spied on OPEC. Britain's intelligence agency, GCHQ, monitor the booking systems at 350 high-end hotels with a program called Royal Concierge. It reminds me of Lance Armstrong doing all the blood transfusions and the doping and then just vehemently denying it. I'm just trying to put myself in the shoes of a diplomat. Obviously you got to expect that people are going to want to know what you're up to. But even to the point where it's like, oh, I can't even, as soon as I get the hotel room, I got to sweep for bugs because some government agencies get into your system?
