Theidthi - God Is Not Pure Act

There shouldn't be a collapse of god as is in himself, he says. Whatever is true of god in relations with the world has to be consistent with what god is like in and of himself. I would say that the view that god is pure act without any accidental properties, with only actuality, without any potentiality, i just don't see a way that that is consistent with what the biblical narratives affirm about god. And theoretically, he could have created nothing, and he would still be the god who he essentially is.
