One Arm Constraints in Upright Running

i was a little jealous this, cause my current understanding of running is that the arms are kind of irrelevant. And then i tried to learn more from a dairy and bar and got into some one arm running type work. Maybe the arms are not as important as swimming, but they are still important. One arm constraints were actually really valuable in upright running. But if you're creative in land base work, you can't. You have to look at it more on the muscle,. like the micro level, for example.
