The Problem With Importing Meat
Sheila Celione's body wasn't found for two and a half years. Her housing association was able to automatically claim her rent via the Department of Work and Pensions because they have an automated system that enables them to do that when the rent payments stop. Adid Chakrabarti, who counted up a number of national news stories dedicated to Housing Association scandals, effectively looked after their tenants before anyone else did. He says: "I think it's an opportunity for us to think about what the news is and what it can do"
