Synthetic Life
Life as a synthetic being because to go any given route requires a motivation. We can imagine folks want to fly? But to actually build low gravity and flight focused habitats would seem to either require that they come at a discount compared to other wards, such as lots of low gravity moons. Or we might also ask, why not just plug into a vultor landscape where you can have those wings and need not worry about physical impracticalities like needing hollow bones or super strong muscles in order to fly? i think prediction of which people might for relies on that second meaning of synthetic life.
