A 74-year-old man in his 70s and 80s is diagnosed with syncope. The patient has orthostatic hypotension, a condition that can give you lightheadedness without syncope when you stand. He also has hyperlipidemia but no pertinent health related behaviors. Doctor: "I'm actually more concerned about him than I am about most patients I meet in their 70s to 80s"
