When the, when the company pays the materny leave, it's almost like the other people at that high paying job are paying taxes. It's almost like you treat the company as a community and they are paying the tax. I think if i actually think it should be governmental, because i think the people who benefit are not the accountants, it is society at large. And what it wants to create is a better country and better citizens in 18 years. Should pay into that pot. Now, poorer can pay less. But over the course of your life, just to be clear, of youre an accountant, you are going to pay more, relative in taxes than you are going
