How to Keep Up With Yourself

Some people try and keep up with, you know, their job or to go above and beyond even. We can use this phrasal verb in a slightly different way if we say to keep something up is to keep doing it. If we say we keep up with other people, that means that we match them. Does that make sense? So what does she do? So she owns a gym. She owns two or three businesses. And she really, I mean, despite feeling fear, she moves forward. Like she moves through her fear and she goes above and beyond the average day.
